The global list, backed by Fiverr search data, reveals that taking advantage of popular platforms like TikTok and Instagram is seen as increasingly crucial for customer engagement and that there is a growing need for simple online and mobile experiences, with Shopify Store and Android app development both making the list.
Fiverr's Small Business Needs Index analyzes data from millions of searches on the platform to identify the largest increases for business services. This growth data therein has the unique ability to predict the products, platforms and tools that small businesses are looking for to help support future success.
